The first London's Strongest Man Competition promoted by Lawrence Browne was held on 8th August 2007 and was very well attended, with a novice competition being held alongside the main event.

Log Press - 120kg log press for reps. Each rep must be overhead with arms locked out. Wait for judges count. Judged for number of reps Time Limit of 90 seconds
